I will give you an example of what am looking for.
Example:
1. If an Opp is in ‘Qualified’ and forecast category = Pipeline (as per below mapping)
2. User changes the forcast category to ‘ Best case’. Record successfully saved.
3. Opp is moved to live -red stage , the forecast category is overridden and set to ‘Pipeline’ as per the below mapping.
I do not want the forecast category to change to teh default vaue of for that stage, if the user has selected a different value in the previous stage.
Is this possible to achieve?

Hi Prasharm,
I'm don't think this is possible via native functionality. The main issue here is how to determine if the user directly changed the forecast category manually or if it was added by default depending on stage. To my understanding, it will both count as a change from the user either way so you can't use it as a criteria.
