Sync direction - Outlook to Salesforce
Conflict behaviour - Exchange always wins
Specify which exchange events sync to salesforce - only events that we select
From Outlook, how do we manually select an particular event and say to sync with SF?
If i right click , idont find an option that says sync with salesforce, so how can this be achieve?

Hi Praveen,
Yes, if you select the option "Sync Only the Outlook items I Select" then this is the method of manual syncing, you have to select the events and click on Sync Now to sync. They won't sync automatically.
