I am needing to remove a user from all the workflows they are associated in order to deactivate the account. I have yet to find any clear instructions on how to do this.
Everytime I try to deactivate this user I get the same message. I have yet to find an easy way of seeing which workflows they are associated with as well.
If someone can provide me with a step-by-step on how to do this I would greatly appreciate it. I am very knowledgable in Salesforce but finding this to action to have outsmarted me for the past two days.

Try going to Setup>Build>Create>Workflow & Approvals>Settings and then see who is set as the Default Workflow Users. If it's the person you are trying to deactivate then change the value to another admin and try to deactivate again.
