Make field visible to all users

Hi I have Custom Field on Account object and I want to make that visible to all users. Can you please tell me the easiest and simplest way to do that. I have about 35 profiles.

    Navigate to Setup -> Customize -> Accounts -> Fields

     

    Find the custom field and click on it.

     

    Then click on the Set Field-Level Security button. 

     

    Make it Visible across all profiles, all at once!

     

    You are done.
