Has anyone moved Big Machines Express configuration using data loader?

Question

We are trying to move our configuration of Big Machines Express from Production to a Sandbox, and then back again with updates.  Has anyone done this before?  We have about 17 objects and I'm wondering if there is a documented process and steps.  Big Machines has told this that it is possible, but they do not support this or have documentation on it. Thank you
