Relate emails from Lightning for Outlook to Email Related list in the Case object.

I have enabled Enhanced Email which is supposed to relate emails to the Case record in our case however, I would like the emails from Lightning for Outlook stored in Email related list, not Activity History. Is this possible?

    Hi Pamela,

     

    You can add email to case by using Lightning for outlook. Storing Email Related list from Lightning for outlook is not available. It always shows to Activity History.
