duplicate rule- can we bypassed the duplication rule for data loader

Yes... with a bit of a 'hack'.
The only way I've found to bypass duplicate rules when inserting in bulk (either via Data Loader or an ETL process) is to have a field on the record (ie: checkbox) called something like "Inserted by data loader".
Don't put the field on the page layout, and you don't even need to give access to any of the profiles except for you.
Then update the Duplication rule to only execute when "Inserted by data loader" = false.
When you do your Insert, just make sure to set "Inserted by data loader" = TRUE in your file, and the Duplication Rule won't fire.
