Lightning for Outlook Add-On Failed To Load

Hoping the community can help me out here.  I have this recurring error happening in our enviornments.   This is happening on my machine, where Salesforce for Outlook has never been installed, only the new Add-In from the Office 365 Store that we have enabled.   

 

Has anyone elese run into this error?   What security is it looking for in the Internet explorer options?   I am at a loss? Lightning for Outlook Add-On Failed To Load

    I have opened up a ticket and we hae used the Salesforce LFO Test, and sill are not getting anywhere.
