I need help to write a formula for status change date to create a lead aging report. But instead of created date, I have to identify the change done in no. of days from when the lead was transferred

    But I have already created a custome formula field.

     

    I want a solution without process builder or workflow. just formula based.

     

    I am trying to get a formula for last transfer date and last modified date. Something like below:
