Best Practices using Taskray for Project Management at a small company or organization

Question

We have just adopted Taskray as our Project Management app of choice in our organization. We're excited about its possibilities and its integration with Salesforce. But we wonder if there are people out there we could learn from who have been using this product for some time? We are a very small (11 employees) project-oriented (at least a dozen new projects in our pipeline right now) nonprofit. Our projects often involve a great deal of external and internal collaboration. And I am a combined Program Manager/Project Manager/Salesforce Admin, so we don't exactly have a lot of dedicated time for any one piece.

If you have a similar story (nonprofits or for-profits) and would be willing to let us pick your brain for a few minutes about your experience with Taskray, please please let me know!!
