Hour business starts at 9:00 am. So 5 min is ok, but let say, in a week, at total, if (login hour- 9:00)>30 min. then he want a report of users exceeding this limit.
I know we can use little excel here but he wants it all automated.
Any idea?

You can create a custom User report and include the Login History fields to see the date/time everyone is logging in but you cannot track how long they were logged in.
