CPQ Mark Checkbox on Quote Sent

I'm trying to figure out how to modify a checkbox field (i.e. Quote Sent checkbox) in the Quote object when Salesforce CPQ sends an email quote to a customer.

Does anyone have an idea of how to accomplish that?
