I want to delete the "discount" field on our quotes. I have removed it from page layout, and even saved a revised version of the quote layout. However, the line keeps appearing on the quote PDF.

I want to delete the "discount" field on our quotes.  I have removed it from page layout, and even saved a revised version of the quote layout.  However, the line keeps appearing on the quote PDF.

You will have to edit the Quote Template under Setup->Customize->Quotes->Quote Templates.
