
The report is set up to track her activities using the "Last Modified Date" as the main requirement. For this past week, she made 89 calls and sent 5 emails. The report from SF showed only 6 records. I'm pulling my hair out!
Below, I have the actual report from this week (which contains 6 entries for the entire week). The second image is of a completed task which does NOT show up in the activity report. To me, that second picture shows that it should appear in the report based on the last modified date and the inside sales reps' name (which I used as a filter for the report). What the heck am I doing wrong?
