Report Building

Hi all, I'm looking to build a report the shows me all accounts that do not have any activity in the last 180 days, but also have an associated opportunity with a close date in the next 90 days. Any ideas on the cleanest way to do this where if I group it by account owner, the total numbers of accounts would show up, not the total activites that were logged from all time?

Otherwise you might need to create a Roll-Up Summary field on the Account that returns the "nearest" Opportunity Close Date
