Our partner accidentally added 300 of new Contacts as new Accounts. How is it possible to merge all of the 300 accounts into one not to do it manually?

    Hi Irina,

     

    Native salesforce merge functionality have the ability to merge not more than 3 records at a time.

     

    There is an idea in IdeaExchange under product team review - Mass merge - ability to merge more than 3 contacts/ accounts - whatever - at onc (https://success.salesforce.com/ideaview?id=08730000000BrZpAAK) 

     

    Another option to merge records 3 or more at a time ref this blog using URL hacking, you have to export all the duplicate account records with Name and record ID in .CSV or Excel.

     

    Find the duplicate records in the export file and follow the steps from this blog.
