I am trying to override the standard Opportunities Home tab with a Visualforce page.  I have created the Page, it is using the standardController "Opportunity", and yet it doesn't appear on the "Override with" picklist.  I would like to ask what is wrong with what I have set up.

Salesforce Edition:  Developer

(This is going to be deployed to a Professional Edition once I've figured it out.  Professional Edition is supposed to be able to use standard Controllers when using Visualforce pages.)

Here are the entire Visualforce page contents:

<apex:page standardController="Opportunity" tabStyle="Opportunity">

    <apex:sectionHeader title="Opportunities" subtitle="Home"/>

    <apex:ListViews type="Opportunity" />

</apex:page>

P.S.  I would really like to essentially duplicate the existing Opportunities Home tab, but have the list view default to "All Opportunities" instead of "Recently Viewed".

Thanks!

    Sindoora,

    I believe my page qualifies under #3 "references the standard list controller for that object", as I am using "standardController="Opportunity"", and I am trying to override the Opportunity Home page.

    Thanks
