It was 3 years ago since the last time I had to update an agreement template in Apttus, and we use x-author then. I left the company and now I am back and need to do that again. I was told that we no longer use x-author.
One of the contract person requests for his template to be edited in the system but I can't seem to find out or remember how to do that, esp now that x-author is gone. I see there is Templates in one of the menu tabs. I went there and tried to edit one of the templates. Saved and Published. I created a test agreement and use the template but I did not see the edit I just made. So, I figure the template being generated from agreement is not from one of those in the Templates tab. It could be coming from somewhere else, which I have no idea about.
Could somebody please help me look at this issue I am facing? if you have other question, I will be glad to answer them all.

Hi Juhn,
As being a 3rd party app I would say reach to their knowledge base or support rather. They tend to be quite fast and useful on response.
