Hey Hannah,
This is the perfect time to learn to use Data Loader!
It's probably the most important tool an Admin can learn. It lets you update a mass amount of records in Salesforce using just a spreadsheet. Your stock price as an admin will greatly increase!
Dataloader.io is the online version and it's very quick and easy to use =)
