If you are talking about the reports that show up in the general Unfiled Public reports, there is not an easy or efficient way to do that, no. Basically all users have access to that report folder so unless you want to go through and figure out who is using what report and move them to new folders etc etc... I wouldn't want to do that. The better solution IMO is to create a specific folder for your COO and make sure all her reports are there and then tell her she can just go there and ignore the other public reports.

Can you provide a little more detail/background information?   Are you trying to supress/hide the default Report templates, the Report Folders, or something else?  Canb you post a screenshot of what you're trying to remove/hide?
