User creates a new contact from an account and the address does not auto populate?

Just create account hierarchy structure.  When a user create a contact from an account whom is part of the client hierarcy the address does not auto-populate.  What I am missing screenshot attached.User creates a new contact from an account and the address does not auto populate?step 1No address

    The first thing I would ask, was Primary Address renamed from the Shipping Address or the Billing Address field? If it is from the Shipping Address, then the Contact record will not inherit the Account's address. 

     

    If it was renamed from the Billing Address, you create the Contact by clicking the 'New' button in the Contact related list, the Contact will inherit the Billing Address information. 

     

    IF you cannot use the Billing Address field on the Account record, then you will need to use a workflow rule to update the Contact Address fields with the correct address information.
