SIndoora, that explains how to do a mass email campaign, of which I am familiar and know how. The issue is that on the contacts/lead records, the 'mass email' shows under activitiy but not the TEXT of the mass email, so the sales users don't know what was sent without asking me which template was used, then searching for it.
