I have a user in a different timezone that cannot see data on a report.  I can see it as I am a system admin.  There is no hierarchy on this report. What am I missing?

    The report is returning 0 results. Org Wide defaults are set to public for reports. The data shows on a dashboard, but when they click into it disappears.
