Best practices required! How do you organize an information in your calendar eve

If you plan a meeting as a calendar event where ( which field) you put your objectives for that meeting. As you know sometimes its better not to share you plans with a customer before the meeting. It means don't offer to me to use the description field , because we use it for official agenda which normally sends to customers. One more time - We need to record an information which we don't wanna share with the customer.

 

Next question in which field you add your thoughts / outcomes after the meeting . Again I'm speaking here about "internal" information not about official minuets. 

 

Just let you know it's not possible to create a new text field at least with more than 255 characters ....

    You just need to enable chatter for the Activity Tracker. Go to Your name in the upper right hand corner > Setup > App Setup > Customize > Chatter > Feed Tracking and select Activity Tracker. You need to check the box to enable feed tracking and then you can select any other fields you want to track as well. Once you have done that, go to an activity and you will now have a chatter feed in the upper left hand corner. People can follow the records and collaborate there.
