While in Console View, in the Feed section of a record, when users click on "New Note," they are not able to type in the text box without producing an error. For example, they can type in the subject, but once they type in the letter 'T' in the text area, a new tab opens up and makes the note box go away before it can be saved. Other letters produce similiar types of errors. Is this part of the general known issues around using Chatter in Console View or something else?
