We need to collect the ONET code for jobs employers have in their company. My idea (novice) was to build a section in the Accounts field that would be labeled skilled jobs. Under that section, the user would have the option to enter in as many ONET codes as needed. But for each employer the number that is needed could vary widely. I would like at least 3 to show, but then I need the ability to for the user to enter more if needed. The ONET code field would be a picklist from the available ONET codes. Here is what I envision:

I don't want to have to create a bunch of custom fields for ONET code and I need the number, starting salary and other information be specific to the ONET code on the line it was entered.
Any help? I hope that is not too confusing.

Thank you both. I did exactly that, created a custom object and added it as a related list. I think it will work out well!
