We are working through a SF2SF integration. The other org has a field name TYPE, and so do we. The picklist values are different. I thought the easiest way to solve this was to not create another field for their field in my org but to add thier picklist values to my picklist for TYPE. If I do that, I don't want my users to be able to choose one those picklist values. How can I do that?
Thanks Eugene, I do already have a record type of the users that I would like to restrict so that sounds like an easy way to make this fix. Appreciate it!
