I am trying to write a validation rule if qualified = true and Account Type = 'Clinical Account US' or 'Pharmaceutical Account US'  or  'Distributor US' or 'Research Account US' and User role id <> 00580000005sYJw and LEN(BillingState) <> 2 and LEN(BillingCountry) <> 2, if this satisfies then

BillingStreet, BillingCity, BillingState, BillingCountry, BillingPostalCode should not be blank. I need to make  sure billing state and country must be in upper case letter. Can someone help me with this validation rule. Thank you so much

Neeraja

AND(

Qualified__c =TRUE),

NOT($UserRole.Id = '00580000005sYJw'),

OR(

TEXT( Account_Type__c )='Clinical Account US',

TEXT( Account_Type__c )='Pharmaceutical Account US'  ,

TEXT( Account_Type__c )='Distributor US',

TEXT( Account_Type__c )='Research Account US',

LEN(BillingCountry) <> 2,

LEN(BillingState) <> 2),

OR( ISBLANK( BillingStreet ),

       ISBLANK( BillingCity ),

       ISBLANK  (BillingState  ) ,

        ISBLANK( BillingCountry ) ,

         ISBLANK( BillingPostalCode ) )

    I would push back on that...  like HARD.  There is little, if any benefit to doing everything in a single Validation Rule.  And there is way, WAY more downside.
