When you search for 'Account Ltd' in Merge Accounts you get a choice of three records to merge: 'Account Ltd', 'Account Ltd' and 'Account Ltd London'. However there is only one 'Account Ltd' record on Salesforce.
Where has this extra account come from and why is it appearing in my Merge Accounts list?

Anju, you are a star! Thank you, it's allowed me to identify the record, now I just need to understand why it doesn't appear in a search, even if I'm logged in as the owner.
