email help

sending emails through SF. I'm BC's in my outlook running on my iMAC...when customer responds back to me...only get copied in outlook...not SF...???

Hi Britt ,

You can do this of action via code. While sending emails from SF , you can set ReplyTo field. This will enable the funtionality that whenever someone will reply to that email , it will go to that specific email which was set in that ReplyTo Field.
