Entitlement Management reporting -> % milestones completed AND compliant

Hi everyone

 

I'm trying to create a report which shows the % of milestones, per month, which have been completed as 'compliant'

 

I can use the 'completed' field to create a % formula field to see what percentage of milestones have been completed:

 

IS_COMPLETED:SUM  /  RowCount

 

I could also potentially do this for 'violated'

 

BUT an equivalent field for 'compliant' does not exist as an option when creating a formula field in the 'cases with milestones' report

 

Does anyone have any clever work arounds?

    Thanks for lookig at this! Unfortunately, a milestone can be 'completed' but also have a status of 'closed violation' and so the results aren't correct (see attached screenshot)
