How can I successfully link one Knowledge Article to another?

I need to insert a link within a Knowledge Article to another Knowledge Article.  One of our fields is set up as a URL link which does seem to work.  However, I've found when I edit an article, the path changes, thus breaking every link set up to point toward that article. Does anyone have a better solution?  Thank you.

Hey Whitney,    I would recommend that you create a lookup to the knowledge object to create a parent-child relationship. This way you can lookup which articles you want to relate. This will also give you the ability to add a related list to your page.
