I am working to integrate Echosign with Salesforce for my Company?  I am able to merge fields from the Account and Opportunity in to the agreements.  The documentation that comes with the integreation says I can add the Opportunity Products as well but I can't seem to figure that piece out the normal tagging format isn't working (eg. {{AccountName}}.  Does anyone have experience mapping Opportunity Products to the Echosign agreements using the Echosing integration specifically the Merge Mapping sections?.

I have followed suggestion from Arleen Saluja-Westerkamp (Agency 73) too, Suggestion is temporary working but Adobe tags do not automatically select field length in the table or any other merge data without custom coding it. Also, I see that you will hit limitation on number of product line items on Opportunities with this option (guess, it's always going to an issue with most of the document solutions)

    What I did:

Step 1 - Go to Merge Data and select "Map Salesforce Product Line Items Fields to Adobe Document Fields" 1. Oppotunity (Reference)> Opportunity Product

    2. select fields: i.e Opportunity Product Name (Name), Line Description (Description), Quantity (Quantity), Totalprice (TotalPrice), I created a custom field for Event_Date__c

How to Reference these selected fields in the document:

    1. Create a table in your word document

    2. Start creating tags in table of this document Only (not on Map Salesforce Object Fields to Document Fields) i.e {{!Name1_es_:prefill}} = Opportunity Product Name

    3. Test your file, it should update template now and pickup your Name, Quanity, totalprice tags
