In Cases have have been recording information under : Stock > Health Treatment Report, (Dependant > Pick list vlaue). There is now a new Depeendant field called Reports which I want to move the Health Treament Report picklist value too and still keep the data. Is it possible to move a Picklist vlaue between Dependant fields?

Hi Heidi,
Yes this can be done. But there is no one-click method to do this.Follow the steps:
- Make sure the new Reports field has the same picklist values as the Health Treatment Report which it will replace.
- I'm assuming that you have already made Reports field dependent on Stock field with the same picklist values dependency.
- Now use data loader to migrate the data of Health Treatment Report field to Reports field.
