Creating a Lead wtih Salesforce1 Call History

Question

Hi team,  We have started using the Salesforce1 app and don't seem to be able to log any calls against Leads or create Leads using the Call History icon.  We are able to Log a Call if the Lead is selected and the call made through Salesforce1 but not from the phones call history.  Can anybody help?

Are you using iOS devices? Looks like Andriod devices have a Call HIstory section, but it is not yet available for iOS devices.
