I would like to add a "convert" button to convert fish to account?

I would like to add a button called Convert ( the same as on the Leads tab, where you convert a lead to an account), on my fishing pond, but cannot seem to get it right.  Please can someone guide me in how to add the botton to convert a fish to an account.
