I need to create the ability to update all my accounts with the information in a acusomt object. I would like to be able to do this on command and restrict this ability to the admin only.

    If you need it automatic, you need to write apex scheduler or use ETL tools such as Informatica, or Boomoi, etc

     

    But, if you dont mind to do it manually, you can use Apex Data Loader.
