If state is : ME:VT:NH value will be USA EAST
If state is :AK:WA:OR:ID:CA: Value will be USA WEST
IF Country is : Canada then value will be Canada.
If Business segment is Government then value is Public Sector
if Region is Latin America then value is Latin America.
Note :
If business segment is not equal to Government then only defined
Should call usa east or west.
Here Business Segment is a picklist value and the Region is a formula field .

Can i use some thing in this way ...
