Can you put detail sections on a tab on the account page layout?

I was playing around with the tabbed account functionality and would like to take some of the sections (not related list) from the Detail page and put them on a tab to better organize the account information for different sales divisions.  Is this possible?

    Hi Kathy,

     

    Did you manage to find a solution? we need the same functionality, splitting record detail sections into tabs.
