How do I prevent perosnal calendar entries from being synched in Salesforce?

We want to only show business related events but currently all events get synched. How to control this?

Hi Seamus Knox,

You may create a seperate calendar in your otlook for personal appointments and this will not get synced with salesforce, i had done the same for one of my cutomer also.
