Any idea how to fix?

Are you using multiple record types on the object? If this is a standard object go to Setup | Customize | Select the object and then select record types. You will need to add the picklist values you want to display by clicking on the record type and then edit on the picklist name. If this is a custom object, you would need to go to create, objects, select the object and then scroll down to the record types related list.
