I want to run Translation Workbench in Chinese and Russian.
I'm wondering if it's part of the package with professional or an add on that you pay for?
I also wanted know who does the translating. Do I have someone go through my set and do it or is it done by salesforce. Is there a charge for this?

The Translation Workbench is aviailable in Professional, Enterprise and Unlimited. If you don't see it on Setup..Administration Setup...Translation Workbench, submit a request to support to have it activated.
You are responsible to do the translations of your custom fields, labels, etc. When users change their language option on their user profile, standard labels will automatically change.
