Is there any possiblity to change the standard settings "Contacts not associated with accounts are private and cannot be viewed by other users or included in reports" accordingly?
My Organization does not want to use Person Accounts.

while best practice is a great thing (I know , I was a CSM in Salesforce for 4 years preaching best practice). There are always situations where one size does not fit all, and customer have requirements that are not always typical or best practice - but are right and normal business for that particular customer.
