
I've checked security settings and can't find any reason as to why it would be doing this.
Please advise.

That's a new one on me.
Are they logging into the browser or is it a mobile device or the desktop app?
If it is the browser- I would clear the cookies and cache, then log in from www.chatter.com
My guess is it is either redirecting to bad cache information or the user is using a bookmark linked inside of chatter rather than logging in through the main portal.
Also, if the computer is being shared between users, have them clear out cookies/cache between usage. Also if using Internet explorer, make sure under Tools, then Internet Options, then under Browsing history, click on Settings- make sure this is set to Every Visit to the Page. IE doesn't work well set on Automatically.
