Hi Tyler. Yes, this is possible. The documentation in the following link will describe step by step on how to create a custom report type: https://help.salesforce.com/HTViewHelpDoc?id=reports_defining_report_types.htm&language=en_US
Once this is created, you can select it in the report types and create a report out of it. All the fields selected from the selected custom objects should be available then.
