Attaching files from the Notes & Attachments section in VF email workflow?

Hi there,

I'm trying to attach files from the Notes & Attachments section in a lead in a VisualForce e-mail template for use in a workflow and I'm stumped.

I can get individual fields embedded in to a .pdf using:

<messaging:attachment renderas="pdf" filename="xxx.pdf"> [fields] </messaging:attachment>

... but I can't figure out how to attach the lead's attachments.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
