Notification when a field is changed

Question

I want to create a workflow rule with an email notification that gets sent whenever the Price field is changed for a product.

here is what I created and it gives me an Function ISCHANGED may not be used in this type of formula

ISCHANGED( PBSI__salesprice__c )

I just need to know when it has been changed from the existing value

PBSI__salesprice__c is a number field.

I looked thorugh the online help but could not figure out what I am doind wring.

Can anyone help?

That's because you're using the third option under Evaluation Criteria, choose the second one and it'll work :)
