Survey Responses

When I build my report to review surveys sent  and responses I get some contact names and contact IDs in the report but some come back as blank.  Does anyone know why this is happening?

    If the Partcipant Id is blank on the Survey Invitiation then there is no relation to a Contact Lead or User hence the issue you are having.

     

    If the Survey Invitation was generated by a link or QR Code this could explain why the report field is not displaying any information.

     

    Is it possible this happened in this case?
