Add Opportunity owner email to Quote template

I need to add the Opportunity Owner's email to the quote template but don't see it as a choice  in the fields to put on the quote template.  Anyone know if  and how to do this.  Right now I can only select Opportunity Owner.

    Hi Debbie,

     

    By default the Opportunity Owner Email is not available in the Quote template.

     

    You need to create a Custom field on Opportunity and create a trigger on Opporunity to update the Opporunity Owner Email in that field and then use that field in the Quote template.
