How to sync outlook public folder with Salesforce

Question

When setting up Salesforce for Outlook, I am able to select the shared contacts folder in outlook, but when I go to sync, I get the following error message.  Any ideas how to troubleshoot this error? Does Salesforce for Outlook allow you to sync with public Outlook folders?  I've read mixed answers online.  Up until yesterday afternoon, I was able to sync with this shared/public folder.  Now, I am getting this error and don't know how to resolve it or what caused it. Any ideas/direction/advice is much appreciated!
